At Mythiks, all products are custom-produced metal posters. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund-only policy under limited conditions as outlined below.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1. NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES

• Mythiks does not accept returns under any circumstances.
• Mythiks does not offer exchanges.
• Change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND (DAMAGE OR SCRATCH ONLY)

Refunds are issued strictly in cases where the product arrives damaged or scratched during transit.

Eligible cases include:
• Scratches on the metal surface
• Bent, dented, or deformed posters
• Physical damage caused during shipping

Refunds are not issued for:
• Damage after delivery
• Improper handling or installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Manufacturing tolerance variations
• Subjective dissatisfaction

3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To request a refund, customers must:

• Record a 360-degree, crystal-clear unboxing video
• Clearly show:
  – Outer packaging
  – Inner packaging
  – Complete product surface
• Ensure the video is unedited and continuous
• Email the video to support@mythiks.in within 48 hours of delivery

Note:- Claims without a valid unboxing video will be rejected without exception.

4. REFUND REVIEW & APPROVAL

• All refund requests are subject to internal verification.
• Mythiks reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion based on evidence provided.
• Once approved:
  – No return of the product is required
  – The customer may retain the damaged product

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

• Approved refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
• Processing time after initiation depends on the payment provider or bank.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be provided if:
• The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
• The unboxing video is missing, unclear, edited, or incomplete
• Damage is caused after delivery
• Incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
• Delivery delays occur without product damage

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Refund conditions apply equally to domestic and international orders.
• International shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Duties and taxes paid under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) are non-refundable once shipment is cleared.

8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

• Customers are encouraged to contact Mythiks support before initiating a chargeback.
• Filing false or unjustified disputes may result in order blocking or account restrictions.
• Mythiks reserves the right to submit this Refund Policy, shipping proof, and video requirements as evidence in dispute resolution.
