This Shipping Policy describes how Mythiks (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on www.mythiks.in.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER FULFILMENT

All Mythiks products are custom-produced metal posters.

â€ĸ Order fulfilment (printing, quality check, and packaging) takes up to 5 business days from successful order confirmation.
â€ĸ Fulfilment time does not include shipping transit time.
â€ĸ Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
â€ĸ During periods of high demand or unforeseen delays, fulfilment timelines may be extended. Customers will be notified in such cases.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

2.1 Shipping Coverage
We ship across India using reliable courier partners through Shiprocket.

2.2 Shipping Charges
â€ĸ Domestic shipping is completely FREE.

2.3 Payment Method – Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)
â€ĸ Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) is available for domestic orders.
â€ĸ 50% of the order value must be prepaid at checkout.
â€ĸ The remaining 50% is payable at the time of delivery.
â€ĸ Full Cash on Delivery (100% COD) is not available.

2.4 Payment Method – Prepaid (Online)
â€ĸ Prepaid online payment happens 100% safely & securely through Razorpay's Payment Gateway. UPI, Cards, Wallets - all these payment options are available on Razorpay's payment window.

2.5 Delivery Timeline (India)
â€ĸ Domestic orders are delivered within up to 7 days from the fulfilment date.
â€ĸ Delivery timelines may vary for remote, rural, or hard-to-reach PIN codes.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

3.1 Countries We Ship To
We currently ship internationally only to the following countries:

â€ĸ United Kingdom
â€ĸ Canada

3.2 Shipping Charges
â€ĸ Flat international shipping rate: INR 2,999 per order.

3.3 Delivery Timeline (International)
â€ĸ International orders are delivered within up to 20 days from the fulfilment date.
â€ĸ Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or destination regulations.

3.4 Duties, Taxes & Customs (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)
â€ĸ All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
â€ĸ Applicable customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
â€ĸ Customers are not required to pay any additional charges at the time of delivery.
â€ĸ Mythiks bears responsibility for duty payment through the courier under DDP terms.

3.5 Payment Method (International)
â€ĸ All international orders must be prepaid online through PayPal & Razorpay.
â€ĸ Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial COD is not available for international orders.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

â€ĸ Once an order is dispatched, customers receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS.
â€ĸ Tracking details are provided and may take up to 24 hours to become active.
â€ĸ Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments once dispatched.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

â€ĸ Customers must ensure that the shipping address, PIN code, and contact details are accurate and complete.
â€ĸ Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or return-to-origin.
â€ĸ Any re-shipping costs arising from address errors will be borne by the customer.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Mythiks is not responsible for delays caused by:

â€ĸ Customs clearance delays
â€ĸ Weather conditions
â€ĸ Natural disasters
â€ĸ Government regulations
â€ĸ Strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events

7. LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

â€ĸ If a shipment is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
â€ĸ For damaged or scratched items, refund eligibility is governed strictly by our Refund Policy.
â€ĸ Customers must retain all original packaging for claim verification.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

â€ĸ Refunds are issued only in cases of transit damage or scratches, subject to verification.

9. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

â€ĸ Orders may be cancelled or modified only before fulfilment begins.
â€ĸ Once printing or fulfilment has started, cancellations or address changes are not permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythiks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, courier issues, or customs processing.
