4. PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES
• All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Domestic orders may use Partial Cash on Delivery (50% prepaid + 50% on delivery).
• International orders must be prepaid online.
• Applicable taxes, duties, and import charges for international orders are calculated and collected at checkout under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

5. ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
• Orders are accepted only after successful payment confirmation.
• Mythiks reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
• Once order fulfilment (printing) begins, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.

6. FULFILMENT, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• Order fulfilment time: up to 5 business days.
• Delivery timelines:
– India: up to 7 days from fulfilment.
– International: up to 20 days from fulfilment.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
• Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged or scratched products.
• A 360-degree, crystal-clear unboxing video is mandatory within 48 hours of delivery.
• No product return is required once refund is approved.
• Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.

8. RISK OF LOSS & OWNERSHIP
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
